My name is Lisa le Roux. I live in the beautiful city of Cape Town South Africa. I’m a wife, a mother to one human, two dogs, a cat and a kaleidoscope of butterflies.
I am passionate about assisting leaders to strengthen their influence and impact!
Leading yourself, and leading others is not the same thing. You must be able to lead yourself before you can effectively lead others. Leading an organisation is even more demanding and requires an additional set of competencies. When a leader has all the technical excellence, knowledge and resources and yet is unable to make the difference they need or want, Leadership Coaching can inspire the needed breakthrough.

As a corporate trainer specialising in Leadership Development, my customised training courses are designed to unlock your ability to maximise potential within yourself and others. Courses are interactive and encourage participation and learning, the focus being purpose-driven leadership behaviour to create a high trust and participative culture.

Just like each of us, every butterfly is uniquely beautiful. They represent new beginnings, giving us hope for what the future has to bring. From across the globe butterflies are viewed as symbols of rebirth, representing change, hope, endurance, and life!
I am driven by the concepts of love and spirituality. I believe in bringing compassion and humanity to life and work. I believe everybody is capable of utilising and maximising their potential. I believe everybody has value.

I founded Monarch in October 2011. My business is so named because a butterfly symbolises emergence, freedom, beauty and joyfullness. A monarch is somebody who possesses exceptional power or influence in an area of activity, or something that occupies a pre-eminent or predominant position.

ILS Coach Training program and all of its modules and component short courses, has been awarded the highest level of international accreditation with the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Five Lens Practitioner. The Five Lens developmental assessment goes beyond the 'what' of behavior; it exposes the underlying drivers, the 'why', and offers a pathway for personal development. Each lens provides self-insight based on a unique model of human development.
Certified Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) consultant. This assessment qualifies our preferred thinking styles within a whole-brain context.
Registered Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT) consultant. This assessment measures the cultural climate within an organisation.
